A Local Nonprofit Committed to Community Well-being
Eric and Shannon Hatch have founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a simple mission: to improve quality of life by funding essential home upgrades for individuals and families in need across our community.
We focus on small-scale projects, under $5,000, that make a big difference. From replacing outdated washers and dryers, upgrading appliances like ovens and refrigerators, to repairing doors, windows, bathrooms, or even walls, each project helps bring safety, comfort, and dignity to a neighbor's home.
How It Works:
This initiative is supported by our real estate clients, who generously choose to donate at the close of escrow. For every donation made, our team will match up to $1,000—doubling the impact for those in need.
We are also actively seeking local vendors, tradespeople, and partners to join us in this effort. Whether through materials, labor, or funding, your support is vital to keeping the Foothills beautiful, one home at a time.
