What has been the best part about the buying process for you?

"It would be...Eric! That would be the best part... I mean anytime of the day or night. There are a lot of sleepless nights when you are buying a home...There are a lot of times when you are up in the middle of the night thinking ... oh I gotta answer this question, or I gotta ask before I forget it. I'll shoot off an email, and first thing in the morning it would be right into my email there...very reliable. Or a text message at 7 o'clock in the morning or 9 o'clock at night and they always got answered."

" We walked in and got to the front gate, and you look at this park like setting coming into it, and it was just welcoming as can be... then you walk into the house and its nothing we would have changed!"
